Announces its 2010 – 2011 Award Winners

Cherry Hill, New Jersey -- The American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) announced its 2010 awards during Closing Ceremonies of ASPAN’s 29th National Conference, held in New Orleans, Louisiana (April 18-22, 2010).
 
The following individuals and component earned and received these awards --

ASPAN President’s Award:
Nancy Phillips RN CPAN (posthumously)

Award for Outstanding Achievement:
Dolly Ireland MSN RN CPAN CAPA

Distinguished Service Award of the Past Presidents’ Council:
Evelyn Medycki RN

Excellence in Clinical Practice Award:
Teresita Santiago BSN RN CPAN

Gold Leaf Component of the Year:
OPANA (Ohio PeriAnesthesia Nurses Association)
