In order to proceed with your evaluations:

• you must be logged in to the ASPAN website, and
• you must have been registered for ASPAN education.
• PLEASE NOTE – for each event you attended, all forms must be completed in their entirety in a specific order and submitted prior to proceeding with your evaluations.
