2 Replies and 388 Views EKG training  388  2 Started by  Michael Walker Hi We are looking at redeveloping our EKG course for nurses. We are doing some benchmarking with other institutions to see what they have found effective for their staff. Would you be willing to share how your hospital delivers EKG education and assesses competency Do you use any online or app based modules to aid in practice or education If you have a class how long is your class What if any pre-work do participants perform Thanks Mike

(Topic has multiple pages1 2 )
We have always waited 1 hour post Racemic Epi nebs in PACU Phase I. I have the new 2023-2024 ASPAN Standards book and cannot find this topic to use for reference for reviewing our PACU discharge policy. I see the passage for opiates, but not for Racemic Epi nebs. Can you help me find a reference for this

1 Replies and 827 Views PAT  827  1 Started by  Suzanne Prak Hi, are there any PAT nurses out there Our facility has recently transitioned from mostly in person PAT visits to mostly phone PATs. I've had the privilege and building the new program in collaboration with our clinics (expecting the clinics to obtain more of the testing than previously). I'd love to hear what you're all doing and have some dialog. Thanks.
