Recently our hospital is having many ICU patients stay in PACU overnight due to no ICU beds being available. We are following ICU orders in the PACU. What would the Aspan criteria be for a patient to return to or be admitted to Pacu phase 1 regarding blood pressure My patients preop BP was 180/80 with no symptoms. She was a 79 year old LEEP procedure patient with a cardiac history of a fib and CHF on BP meds that were held DOS.
