Registration
Be sure to stop by the ASPAN Registration Desk in the Yerba Buena Foyer to pick up your badge and conference materials. Your badge is required for entry into all sessions. You will also receive a list of the sessions you selected in advance. We encourage you to attend your preselected sessions; however, if you wish to make a change, go to the new session and ask your hostess if additional seats are available. Most sessions are being recorded and will be available for on-demand access this summer through ASPAN Learn.

Complete Your National Conference Session Evaluations
(Excludes preconference, Perianesthesia Leadership Academy, and postconference sessions)
- Go to www.aspan.org and Sign In with your ASPAN username and password.
- Click on Education & Events → National Conference Evaluations.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to evaluate your sessions and posters. Your contact hours will automatically be added to your Certificate of Attendance.
- After completing all evaluations, print your Certificate of Attendance for a record of your contact hours. Deadline: July 27, 2026.

Discover the latest products and services for perianesthesia nursing, explore expert poster presentations, and bid on items from the Silent Auction in the Exhibit Hall, located in Salon 9–15. All proceeds from the auction support ASPAN scholarships.
Local Information
Dress comfortably for both indoor and outdoor activities. In late April, San Francisco usually has mild spring weather, with sunny mornings, cool breezy afternoons, and the possibility of morning or evening fog. Conference rooms can be chilly, so we recommend dressing in layers.
A walking guide and map will be provided to help you explore the local area. Please review the safety guide and travel in groups when possible. For recommendations on places to visit—or areas to avoid—ask our local hosts and hostesses wearing red lanyards.
Conference is Cashless
This year’s conference is cashless. Only credit card payments will be accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Parking
Parking is available at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis and other nearby garages. The Marriott Marquis is valet parking only; click here for the Marriott rates. Prices are subject to change, and ASPAN does not validate parking tickets.
