ASPAN will be using an online submission process for abstracts. The online submission site will be available in August 2025. Submission Deadline for Abstract Submission for Consideration for Poster and/or Oral Presentation is October 15, 2025.
ASPAN’s 45th Annual National Conference in San Francisco, California, will feature posters and oral presentations in two categories: the Clinical Inquiry (Research/EBP/QI) category and the Celebrate Successful Perianesthesia Practices (CSPP) category. There are very specific guidelines and requirements for each category. It is the submitter’s responsibility to select the appropriate category and to meet the appropriate calendar deadline for submission. To ensure you are submitting in the correct category, please read the requirements below prior to choosing your category and submitting your abstract.
