ASPAN is on the threshold of major reorganization. I have been privileged to be a member of the EOC SWT and involved in the work of this transition. Listening to the members and receiving their feedback is vital and essential to this ongoing process. As an active participant in this SWT, I am well-positioned to collaborate with the members and the Board to ensure a successful transition for ASPAN’s future. As Regional Director it will be my honor to provide advice and guidance to all components keeping in mind ASPAN’s Core Values and Mission. I will be the conduit between components and ASPAN Leadership ensuring transparency in all communications. I am accessible to all members and will assist with development of new component leaders and encourage all members to be actively involved. Change requires courage.
