The Perianesthesia Development Institute (PDI) is ASPAN's premier leadership development workshop designed to help current and emerging volunteer leaders build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effectively. Through interactive sessions, participants will strengthen their understanding of governance, volunteer leadership, effective meetings, consensus building, financial stewardship, and membership growth while learning practical strategies from experienced ASPAN leaders and staff.

Beyond the educational sessions, PDI offers valuable opportunities to network with peers, share ideas, strengthen relationships within the ASPAN community, and experience the energy and hospitality of downtown Nashville.
