Thank you for the reply, we having been using it, often in conjunction with something short acting like Fentanyl for immediate post op pain and then follow up with Dsuvia to provide pain relief up to 3 hours after surgery, both inpatient and outpaitient, with the intention for less undesirable opoid side effects.
